Does Ninja Melk or Ninja Tea need to stay refrigerated?

Ninja Melk and Ninja Tea are shelf-stable, but we recommend that you serve it chilled for maximum enjoyment.

How many calories are in a can of Ninja Melk or Ninja Tea?

Each 12 oz. (355 mL) can of Ninja Tea Energy Drinks by Ninja Melk has zero (0) calories. Learn more about our new Lemon Iced Tea here!

Each 8.4 oz. (250 mL) can of Ninja Melk Original has 112 calories. 

Each 8.4 oz. (250 mL) can of Ninja Melk Light Orangesicle has only 25 calories. 

How much caffeine is in a can of Ninja Melk or Ninja Tea?

Each 12 oz. can of Ninja Tea Energy Drinks has 120 mg of caffeine, which is roughly 1.5 cups of coffee.

Each 8.4 oz. can of Ninja Melk has 80 mg of caffeine, just like a cup of coffee.

Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women and persons sensitive to caffeine

Does Ninja Melk contain any allergens?

Ninja Melk Original is made with the highest quality real milk (Contains dairy).

Ninja Melk Light Orangesicle is made with the highest quality real yogurt (Contains dairy).

Lemon Iced Tea Energy Drink by Ninja Melk does not contain dairy.

Does Ninja Tea contain any allergens?

Ninja Tea Energy Drinks do not contain dairy ingredients.

Are Ninja Melk and Ninja Tea halal?

Although not certified as Halal, Ninja Melk Light Orangesicle and Lemon Iced Tea Energy Drink by Ninja Melk do not contain any alcohol or any other ingredients that would make it unacceptable, to the best of our knowledge, to be Halal Certified.

How much does it cost to ship Ninja Melk and Ninja Tea?

In the continental US, shipping and handling (S&H) will cost $4.99 for one case or $7.99 for two cases. Currently, our maximum quantity is two (2) cases per order.

For Hawaii, Guam and Armed Forces address, shipping and handling (S&H) will cost $4.99 for one case of Orange or Original Energy Drinks. Currently, our maximum quantity is one (1) cases per order to these destinations. Unfortunately, we cannot ship Ninja Tea to Hawaii or Guam due to shipping constraints with the higher weight.

I am getting an error message when I try to place my order. 

Currently, due to shipping and handling costs, our maximum quantity is two (2) cases per order for most destinations. If that doesn't work, please email us at hello@ninjamelk.com and we'll help! 

What is your shipping policy?

Ninjamelk.com orders ship from our Las Vegas, NV warehouse via USPS Priority Shipping. Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days from the receipt of your order. USPS typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery within the continental US. More details on our shipping policy are located here.

We recommend that you double check your shipping address, as shipments to incorrectly entered addresses will be responsibility of the customer.

When will Ninja Melk Original be restocked?

Like many small businesses, we have faced various challenges throughout the pandemic, and are currently facing a shortage in suppliers for production of Original. We are working hard at finding a good partner in the U.S. We will update our website and social media when it becomes available again!

In the meantime, more Ninja Tea iced tea flavors are on their way - stay tuned!

Uniquely for our European market, the additional hurdles of Brexit and complex country-level customs, reporting and tax requirements have put a strain on our little company, and it is with a heavy heart that we closed our ninjamelk.eu store. Thank you for all the support and love throughout Europe. Serving our international fans has been a true privilege that we do not take for granted.
